  • If the “Curbside pickup” option does not show up at checkout. Please select any shipping option and let us know in the “Notes” section that you wish to pick order up. complete your order. We will reverse any shipping charges incurred before claiming you payment.
  • Photo ID that matches customer name, address and Credit Card used to pay for order may be necessary for larger orders.

Return Policy (Non Warranty Items)

  • Craft Farmer Canada All sales are final.
  • Based on the product type, all sales are FINAL.
  • We personally bless each package before it goes out the door.
  • *Some individual parts are covered under manufacturer warranty.*
  • Know your sizing before purchasing.

Warranty Policy

  • All items are backed by the manufacturers warranty. Length of warranty varies between products. Usually between 6 months – 3 years .
  • For walk in customers all warranty items must have an original sales receipt. No warranty items will be accepted without a receipt.
  • All Warranty items must contain all original parts supplied with the item at the time of purchase, Not having all original parts may void the warranty.
  • Warranty items must be returned to us at the expense of the customer (No COD shipments will be accepted). We will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

  • All Craft Farmer Undercanopy lights are shipped in highly visible ‘Craft Farmer Undercanopy’ packaging. You must specify if you want your lights wrapped stealthily.
  • Craft Farmer Canada will not ship anything to the USA. Please go to the Craftfarmer.com website for American orders.
  • All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after being placed. All products will be packaged in plain, unmarked boxes. All customers information is kept confidential and is never given out to anyone.
  • Shipping times stated at checkout are once the shipment have been picked up by shipping company.
  • We do not ship during weekends. All weekend orders will be received Monday morning.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance
  • Packages not accepted when delivered are subject to all fees associated with the non delivery and return of parcel.
  • All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation except for the Small package USA Air
  • Billing address must match the address you have on file with your Credit Card provider.
  • PO Box orders can only be shipped through Canada Post shipping options

Payment Options

  • Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, E-mail transfer, Wire Transfer, Western Union, and Money Orders are all acceptable methods of payment.
  • On your Credit card Statement the payment will say “Craft Farmer Canada“
  • All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full.
  • Orders will not be processed until payment in full has been made and we have received all information necessary to complete your order.
